Extreme ownership

3Preneurs at all levels must own everything in their world. There is no one else to blame. 3Preneurs don’t just take responsibility for their own tasks, they take Extreme Ownership of everything that impacts 3H. When others are not doing what they should, 3Preneurs who exercise extreme ownership cannot blame them. They must first take a look in the mirror at themselves and then if necessary step in. It applies to everyone.

Delegation is not a release of ownership but an invitation to co-creation. Each 3Preneur is the embodiment of everything which constitutes 3H Partners: our vision, our mission, our values, our EEE Solutions and our value proposition in a broad sense

3Preneurs care about 3H as it was their own home, they are pro-actively looking at the maintenance it requires and take care of it, including plans to expanding and improving it over time. Everything they do has to be of the utmost quality, done to the best of their abilities. They always obey to the "think ahead of the problem" principle


3Preneurs live and apply the trustworthiness formula, in all its four components, in everything they do. Not only with clients but ch other. We have trust in each other and in our methodologies.


To achieve trustworthiness, the elements at the numerator must be maximised while the denominator must be minimised

Credibility has to do with the words we speak and how they are backed up by expertise, know-how and success stories.

Reliability has to do with actions. Starting from the simplest tasks to the more complex processes, 3Preneurs always maintain their promises and comply with agreed commitments. If a 3Preneur cannot be trusted with simple commitments how can clients trust her/him with their core challenges?

Intimacy refers to the willingness and ability to get to know others (clients as well as other 3Preneurs) deeply and broadly. It requires both curiosity and maximum confidentiality to allow others to feel safe about sharing

Self-orientation refers to the personal attitude of 3Preneurs and their priorities in the relationship with others, centred on self versus others. If the focus is primarily on self, self-orientation is high, hence the trustworthiness decreases.


3Preneurs believe that substance is more important than form, hence they strive to remove all layers of unnecessary complexity and waste from everything they do, including “re-inventing the wheel” when existing knowledge or solutions are available.

Life is difficult and business is difficult, but 3Preneurs are smart, and being smart means dealing with complexity without using unnecessary, complicated jargon that your gramma would not understand.

Responding to complexity with even more complexity doesn’t help and creates additional barriers to communication, learning and change.

Growth mindset

We believe that becoming stronger and smarter is a matter of effort and not a matter of innate talents, “success is the mirror of effort”.

3Preneurs with a growth mindset praise and acknowledge others’ important and useful lessons learned, including those from failures. 3Preneurs see past a person’s self-perceived limitations and take responsibility for enabling the growth of others through mindful, creative, flexible and respectful development approaches linked to what is of importance for them.

Freedom of speech is the driver of growth mindset. Everyone has not a right but an obligation to dissent and speak up, in a fact-based way, if they see it fits.

Intellectual passion and theory building

We encourage intellectual stretch defined as the ability of pushing oneself and others to go beyond their current understanding of "how the world works" and verbalising with simple yet effective actionable theories.

3Preneurs deeply enjoy the intellectual challenge of working at 3H. We believe even in the presence of success (a project, a successful sale, etc.) and are not satisfied unless they also have created a new, valuable intellectual contribution.

3Preneurs continuously engage each other as well as clients on intellectually stimulating challenges with the purpose of creating new knowledge or sharing existing one. This constant activity is not perceived as a duty but rather as a pleasure, and a rewarding motivation which underlies why we work at 3H and not somewhere else.

3Preneurs strive to create superior value for clients, while maximising profitability of 3H Partners over the three horizons.

We achieve this by leveraging "creativity" defined as the ability to "connect the dots" always acting lawfully and with integrity.
